Founded in the 1980s by Tony Doto, T&D Gardening began with a deep passion for the unique landscape of the Arizona desert. Tony originally honed his craft as a groundskeeper for the iconic Phoenician Resort, where local homeowners quickly took notice of his exceptional care and mastery of native Arizona environments. Encouraged by the homeowners who sought out his expertise, Tony launched the company—laying a foundation of trust, quality, and local knowledge that we still stand on today.

That family-led tradition of craftsmanship continues under current leadership. In 1997, Tony’s son-in-law, Kostas immigrated to the United States from Greece. Bringing with him a strong background in building homes on his native island of Corfu, he joined forces with Tony at T&D Gardening, eventually stepping in to own and operate the business. Today, that unique blend of hands-on Arizona desert experience and meticulous European craftsmanship guides everything we do, ensuring your property receives the expert care it has trusted for decades.
